Spherical roller bearing can bear heavy load, it has two row rollers, one common spherical raceway in outer ring, two raceway in the inner ring which inclined to a certain angle relative to the center line of axis, the bearing can be automatically self-aligning. when the bearing bent by the force or its installation of different mind, the bearing can still be normal use. Such bearing can withstand both radial load and bi-directional axial load, the fight ability is better.

Generally, spherical roller bearing permit the work of low speed.

Spherical Plain Bearings utilize inner & outer rings with spherical sliding surfaces, and can accommodate heavy radial loads &bi-directional axial loads at the same time. They are produced in a wide variety of designs & materials to satisfy diverse demands such as those in the automation, construction, mining, transportation,off-highway equipment, farming & machine tool applications. Standard designs utilize carbon chromium steel on steel which is hardened, phosphated and treated with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) to reduce friction. Most designs can be relubricated through annular grooves & lubrication holes in the outer rings.

With specially designed raceways and rollers, HKT Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings are capable of achieving a higher thrust capacity with lower friction and better performance in self-alignment.

In particular, contract manufacturing is accepted upon written requests enable you to build non-standard bearings.

HKT spherical roller thrust bearings, typically, are able to accommodate heavy axial loads in one direction and heavy radial loads at relatively high speeds. From the perspective of the internal design, rollers have a shape conformity with raceways to distribute loads along the roller length. Meanwhile, spherical rollers are arranged in a steep angular position, which permits to accommodate high thrust loads and support moderate radial loads. In other words, the loads are able to distribute between the raceways at an angle to the bearing axis.

Four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of 2 seat-rings, if features compact in design, and light in weight. The balls contact with the circular race at four points, via which the axial force, radial force and resultant moment maybe born simultaneously.
